Malibu Plaza Building
This office, another recently completed renovation at the Malibu Plaza Building, is the HQ of American Commercial Equities, a private commercial real estate company. Our work transformed it from a dated traditional to a modern, light-filled headquarters with distinct, So Cal flavor.
The entire 3rd floor (approx. 7000 sq. ft.) was previously a stuffy hedge fund office, which we gutted entirely. Now, after the redesign, this commercial real estate firm enjoys a bright, cutting-edge office and executive work space, taking full advantage of the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean & iconic Malibu Pier.
